Q - What Version of the Java Runtime do I need ?
A - You will need to download and use the Version 1.6 of the JRE from the Sun Web site

Q - Why can it not install in the default Program directory ?
A - Due to Permission and the ‘sandbox’ framework, S-EA-T will only install anywhere other than in this directory.

Q - The Screen does not resize on my Net book Computer ?
A - This is a known bug, a work around is to modify your screen settings (Control Panel -> Adjust Screen Resolution) , however this makes using the software difficult on the eyes and we do not recommend.

Q - When installing I get a error message “the Cabinet file Disk1.CAB required for the installation is corrupt and cannot be used”....

A - try to download the file again, reinstall. Installation file is corrupt - if the error persists e-mail support@s-ea-t.com and we will send out a CD with a non corrupt install file in the post
